Founded by a mother and daughter team, Vera and Vale, our story began with a shared dream: to create a fashion boutique that celebrates women, quality, and connection.
With over 10 years of experience in the Canadian fashion industry, we have built more than just a store — we’ve built a community of women who value elegance, comfort, and authenticity.
Our Story
From the very beginning, Vera and Vale shared a passion for timeless style.
Both studied fashion — Vera in Textile Design and Vale in Fashion Business and Marketing — combining creativity and strategy to bring their vision to life.
In 2015, they turned that lifelong dream into reality by opening Vera & Vale Toronto, a warm and welcoming boutique designed to make every woman feel confident and beautiful.
For years, our boutique became a trusted destination for high-quality fashion, known for our attention to detail, exceptional service, and genuine care for every customer who walked through our doors.
However, as the retail world changed and large corporate brands began to dominate, we made the difficult decision to close our beloved physical boutique.
Competing with the industry giants became increasingly challenging, and we knew it was time for a new chapter.
Rather than seeing it as an ending, we embraced it as an opportunity — to evolve, adapt, and bring the Vera & Vale experience online.
Today, our full focus is on sharing our passion for fashion digitally, reaching women across Canada and beyond, while maintaining the same warmth, quality, and personal approach that defined our boutique.
